Great access to the port, close proximity to key tourist sites, effective soundproofing in rooms
Certainly needs improvement with air conditioning efficiency!!! The shower design creates frustration, with poor temperature control and water flow issues!!! It's disappointing to see such high prices in the mini-bar!!! The outdated furnishings really take away from the overall appeal!!!

The location near the ferry port is perfect, with a decent view for breakfast. However, I didn't receive any Accor Diamond member benefits, and the standard room felt cramped. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, which added to the frustrations during my stay. Overall, a mixed experience.

Our stay was delightful! The location was perfect, quite near the Alibus stop for easy transfers to the airport. We even enjoyed a fun family outing at Molo Beverello Port, which was close by. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone, including Dad.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel offered more kid-friendly amenities to keep the little ones entertained. My children wanted activities during our downtime, which were somewhat limited.

A Convenient Stay with Fantastic Staff
We enjoyed our night in a cozy Classic Twin Room. The staff greeted us warmly and offered fantastic recommendations for nearby dining. The location nearby Plebiscito Square made exploring easy. Just a heads up, the shower gel scent might be a bit strong for some!

Ideal for a couple's getaway
Perfect location right at the ferry port. Staff was friendly and Mary checked us in early, made a good first impression!
It wasn't cheap, but within a reasonable range.

Couldn't recommend more for a weekend break
Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, with lovely views from the terrace overlooking the castle and easy access to the Spanish Quarter filled with vibrant restaurants and shops.
Can’t think of anything without adding further information.

The room was clean and spacious, really appreciated the comfy bed and nice linens. The huge TV was a plus, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Some amenities like the Nespresso maker were a nice touch, but the minibar had only water, which was a bit of a letdown. The view from the higher floors was decent, but my room was quiet since it faced away from the street—definitely a win! A few spots in common areas could use more attention though.

I traveled to Naples for a short getaway and stayed here for 2 nights. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the port and all the major attractions. The terrace for breakfast offered stunning views of the castle, and the room was comfy and impeccably clean. What I loved most was the hotel's helpful staff who made my visit enjoyable, especially during my excursions to nearby sites like Pompeii and Capri.
